After serving as a Squadron Leader in the RAAF, Julian has held various senior managerial, marketing and engineering appointments with ICI, the British Broadcasting Corporation, the Rank Organisation, AAMI, Normalair-Garrett, Fellowes, the Hunter Business Enterprise Centre, Sefton & Loudon Chartered Accountants and Turnbull Hill Lawyers. He is also a Past National President of Business Swap International.

His corporate clients have included Thales, BHP, the Commonwealth Bank, Newcastle University, Radio station KO-FM, Lake Macquarie City Council, Newcastle Permanent Building Society,National Australia Bank, Chambers of Commerce, Companion Credit Union, Weight Watchers, Alliance People Solutions, McGoo’s Spitroasts, Nationwide Human Resources, D & V Photography, Ricoh Australia, the NSW Department of State and Regional Development, Hunter New England Health, Redback Solutions Pty Ltd and Regional Events Australia.   He is the author of "Stop the Wheel ...
